September Whitewater on the Tieton River

The Tieton River is the result of an autumn seasonal dam release from beautiful Rimrock Lake. The Lake is full this year, and is expected to run at a high flow this season for a fast and wild ride.

Now that other Washington rivers have slowed down, the Tieton is the place to be for lots of whitewater rafting fun. Twelve miles of whitewater with Class III rapids is sure to be a river rafting experience you will never forget!

Season

Trips begin September 4th and run through the end of the month.

Osprey Rafting Company will outfit you with everything you need for your whitewater river adventure: wetsuits, paddles, helmets, lifejackets, safety talk, friendly & experienced guide, and all transportation to/from our staging area.

	Expect a day of "foam-eating" fun and for those who still have not had enough (foam isn't very filling after all) - lunch is included after the float and consists of BBQ, (beef, chicken or veggie burgers) local watermelon, fresh corn on the cob, chips-salsa and lemonade. **Take the trip in a small 6 person sport boat for just $10 per person more.  This is ensure an extreme ride with a senior guide.
